AHSRA Conference 2023

I am honored to be a part of the upcoming AHSRA 2023, virtual and in person conference scheduled from May 25-27, 2023 in Nairobi, Kenya.
Last year, I had fun as a participant, I connected with various professionals from different industries and the pre- conference training, ignited my passion for human- subject research.
I am honored to be a speaker and my presentation will be on Gender Difference on Internal Equity. In almost every company, pay disparities exist because of unconscious biases in areas such as hiring, promotions, performance reviews, salary decisions etc. I will be sharing the findings on a study conducted among hotels in Ghana.
