Work today looks very different from a decade ago, it’s more digital, more flexible, more fluid, shaped by technology, news skill demands and changing expectations, but one truth remains; people, not processes, drive transformation.
This post draws from my recent presentation, “Talent Management: Issues, Challenges, and Best Practices,” delivered at the joint international event Advancing People, Advancing HR, hosted by Batangas State University (The NEU) in the Philippines and Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) in Indonesia. I had the privilege of sharing insights with students and practitioners on how organizations and individuals can stay relevant and resilient in a rapidly changing business world.
At the heart of the discussion was a simple but powerful idea, when people advance, HR advances, and when both move forward together, organizations thrive. In a world defined by agility and innovation, employability is more than a career strategy; it’s a mindset for sustainable growth.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who joined the session, asked questions, and shared diverse perspectives. Let’s keep advancing people, one skill, one opportunity, one mindset at a time.
