Too often, we swing between silence and aggression, either keeping quiet to avoid conflict or speaking so forcefully that we hurt others. Assertiveness offers a better way. As Ephesians 4:15 reminds us, “speaking the truth in love” is the path to growth and maturity.

Inspiration isn’t about titles or big speeches; it’s about daily choices that shine light in a noisy world. Learning simple acts of kindness, resilience, and integrity can make you a person of value who uplifts others.

Assertiveness is more complex than simply airing your grievances, demanding your rights or telling someone off.
